HELP!

I just received my Gryphon in the mail today and when I hooked it up to my truck, the unit came on but had no text on the screen. So I thought "let me just update the firmware", but when I tried to do that, my computer went crazy! Now every time I hook my Gryphon up to Pegasus, it says VERSION ID ERROR.

What do I need to do? I hope I didnt break it!

I've seen this in another thread once before and I think it's something Bill will have to fix via a target download. Post your info (name, serial number, model, etc) in your User CP and send a pm to Bill or Corey and I suspect you will get fixed up.
