So, ordered a gryphon and a 87 performance tune back at the beginning of August. Got the Gryphon shortly there after. I posted up the HEX code and my mods. Have never heard anything on my custom tune though, and it is almost 3 months later. I think I was forgotten or something. Have not been able to get someone on the phone either. Let it go this long hoping I would hear something, but I have not.

Looking at your posts, I don't see where you posted your hex code. But I see that it's in your !profile. That may be all that is needed now - PHP changed their procedures a while back.
But, I think you need to contact them to make sure they have all the info they need. Call during their office hours and you should eventually get someone who can tell you the status of your order. I know it is hard to get through, but keep trying.
