Default jumpy idle or inconsistent idle after warm

I have two trucks one is a 2000 f350 and a 97 f250 both manual the 2000 i scanned and buzzed and found a few bad injectors which i am in the process of changing to single shots and hope will fix the idle which is like just kind of jumpy but not as noticable as the 97. the 97 i scanned no codes buzz tested great and contribution test passed so my question is what should i try and test to find out what is causing the jumpy idle. thanks for anyones help in advance. Russ
