Purchased new from PHP in late August of 09. Was gone from late october to early march and dont have the truck anymore now so the programmer is like brand new.

The Gryphon will arrive with two custom tunes (91 performance and 91 towing) for those of you with intakes and exhaust has regular trans only on it. If you dont want/need those custom tunes you can update it in about 5 minutes with their software back to the canned tunes.

Note to use on 1997-2003 F150's another cable and dash pod will be required and can be purchased from PHP or Edge, and according to PHP they can switch this over for your diesel also.

Lets be clear about this though...Unless the person that purchases has the same exact hex code as your truck those custom tunes will NOT work with their truck...

So more likely then not they will HAVE to reload the canned tunes and order their own custom tunes.

Not necissarily. He can reset the programmer to the canned tunes if the truck was not programmed before he sold it. The $60 is is to unlock the programmer if it was.

I meant to put a custom tune back on it. Its $60 per tune after the initial purchase isnt it?

Oh in that case yes, the custom tunes are $60 each...I was thinking if he left the truck programmed and had to get it unlocked.
