is PHP shut down?
Must be. posted here about gryphon drivability issues. opened a ticket last sunday. emailed bill for followup. no response on anything. I did not call as I am at work all day but I tried 3 out of 4 ways to be heard.
seriously. less 'we are really busy please be patient' and more 'get it done'. actually I didn't even get a 'we are really busy please be patient'. Not a very happy customer. Matt. trouble ticket #90. |

Yeah my custom tune's estimated ship time was September 23 and I still don't have it. Emailed Corey over a week ago with no reply. Not so happy with the customer service right now.

I got through today and talked to Cody I believe. My Gryphon got to me after 7-10 days (I ordered about three weeks ago) and the custom tunes are taking approximately 4 weeks now. Don't forget that when you get the unit you need to hook it up to your vehicle, get the HEX code, write it down and email it to PHP with the invoice number and your full name. They can't actually write your custom tunes without your HEX code.
Their work load at the shop is insane from what they told me. If I was in their area I'd call for a job! They do not have an auto-reply setup with their email. You won't actually get a response from a unit order until they send you the tracking info and you won't get a response from any emails for your custom tunes until they are done and ready for download. Just call during their hours. It may take a few tries, but you should get through. When you do get through ask for a status update on your order. |

You have tunes as of yesterday, my friend. I just emailed your custom tune notice about 5 minutes ago. Justin, I don't have your invoice so I can't say about yours. |

If you are so busy to the point of customer neglect, its time for more staff or to make business process more efficient so the workload is managable. or don't take any more orders until the backlog is gone.
still didn't hear from anyone. |

Just so everyone knows, Matt's service ticket has been addressed. Bill expected to have an answer today, but it looks as if it may be a couple more days. (I just spoke to him; he says he couldn't find the solution over the weekend, but he's going to be working on it again in the morning.)

The link will take you here: An Open Letter to All Customers - Power Hungry Performance Forum We are very open to potential customers about our business, the fact that it is sometimes difficult to get ahold of us, and that orders often take longer with PHP than with other companies. We are a small company that does a LOT of business. It would be wonderful to hire a fourth person to help with e-mails and such, but then we would have to increase our prices to pay them, and we're not willing to do that. That's why we're up front with customers right from the get go. I'm very sorry that you didn't get an answer right away, but please know that we do the very best we can.
