Telephone at PHP is shutdown.
I have trying for two days to get someone to answer the phone, all I get is a recording saying try again later, not even voice mail.
Anyone know what is going on? |

There is no voicemail at the office.
We have been on the phone all day. Save for a few instances of a "temporarily unavailable" due to a Vonage issue, we certainly have working phones! |

here have been three HUGE thunderstorms in our area in the past few days and apparently, Comcast is having issues. Our phones are all handled by Vonage, and there seems to be intermittent issues where our Vonage boxes are resetting. When some customers are calling, they are getting a message that says that our phone is temporarily out of service; however, if they call back two minutes later, every think is just fine! :o) We have alerted Comcast, and they are aware of the problem. I'm sure we're not the only ones on the list. If you get this message, just call back in a couple of minutes. Cody and Bill have been on the phones pretty much non-stop Monday and Tuesday so customers ARE getting through.
 As for voicemail, we gave up on that a few years ago... there aren't enough hours in the day to take care of customers during phone hours and certainly even even fewer hours to call them back if they were to leave a message.

I haven't had any luck getting through. I keep getting the "temporarily unavailable." I will try again tomorrow. I am seeking a CTS perhaps for a 2000 Ford Expedition. Is that available?

Thanks a lot Cody. I had to exit the chat due to work and lost the link but at least i do know that the CTS is available. I will try to get in contact again tomorrow to ask a few more questions. Again, thanks for your help.
