Got the first quick attatch weight bar in today and the removable suspension blocks.

This bar is for the International weights that use the angle to hold them in place. This bar was a rush job for my truck and we just painted it but all the production bars will be Powder Coated.

These suspension stops were just a quick idea and most likely will not be a production model unless someone likes this style. The ones that I am having built now will bolt to the outside of the frame and come down on top of the spring caps and will be adjustable. When you are not using them they will slide all the way up and pin out of the way.

Tell me what you all think?? Do any of you like that style of suspension stops??

I really like the weight bar since you can slip it on and drop 2 bolts in and hook your weights on and then soon as you are done you can slide if off and throw it the bed.

I'm not a puller, but I completely understand the concept of what's going on. As for the rear suspension stops, I think that they are a great idea. I've seen a lot of different styles and schools of thought on how they should be and I think these are about the most simple-yet-effective ones I've seen. The ONLY issue I see with them is that there can't really be a one-size-fits-all stop. Even the ride height between stock F-250 and F-350 suspension is different and the F-350 will have to squat nearly 2" more before hitting the stops than a F-250 would. Then you've got lifted and lowered trucks......

ON EDIT:
I realized about 2 minutes after typing this that there isn't 2" of actual suspension difference between the F-250 and F-350. They usually use the same springs but the blocks are different. This puts the bump stop "arm" of the block in nearly the same place on both trucks regardless if they have a 2" block or a 4" block (approximate heights). Disregard that part. Lifted trucks (that use a real spring lift) would have to use a different length suspension stop.

I love the idea, but I think that proper sizing is a must and would require a few different lengths.
