New chip not working? need help
I installed software and drivers 3 times, cleaned pcm 2 times. My truck runs and drives fine with chip installed but none of the tunes are working. When I take chip out and hook back to burner it shows that the tunes are on chip. Not sure what to do next?

Make sure the selector switch is installed correctly.

I've got that right. I have checked everything at least a dozen times. I have tried different tunes as well, waiting on Bill to email back?

Talked to Bill he seems to think that the chip is not making good connection to the PCM. I will be driving the truck to his shop this weekend, he may need to add some solder to the PCM for it to make good connection.
