Default Boost fooler

Do I need one? I was tripping the overboost code with my old chip and now I am still pegging the guage and not getting the SES. Do the PHP tunes change the parameters so that I don't need the boost fooler?

Yes.

It's not a bad idea to have one anyway because the PCM may still actually command a defuel because of the boost. Your SES light probably won't come on but you can still defuel.

They're reasonably cheap and they're good insurance to having a full-on, no compromise driving experience.

Thanks, I already have one, I was just wondering if I should remove it.
