can't update FU chip burner
When I try to update the burner software it tells me that there is an update from v. 1.6.336 to v. 1.06.396 so when I click update it downloads the update then tells me that it has to restart the program to update it. When it shuts down this is the error message that I get, below.
What am I doing wrong or how do I fix it?

Thanks for the help but that is for a 32 bit system and not for the 64 bit Windows 7 that I am running.
I will have to call Tech support to get them to fix the problem.

Thank you and have a great day, Troy Detweiler I have a '99 F 250 7.3L Diesel w/ a 6 speed Tranny and 4x4. Mods: CCV, Zienier, Amsoil dual bypass oil filters , fuel pressure spring upgrade, 4" down pipe(DIY) then to a 5" single stack up the right rear of the cab, FU Chip and Burner , 3.73 rear gears, leveling kit (DIY), Stabilizer bars on the rear axle (DIY).
