Glad to hear that you are ready for your chip.
Have you installed the chip yet? How do you like it?

I just got my activation e-mail from Bill and having the same problem. I also just updated IE and have been having some issues with other programs as well. I have never been a fan of Windows but this latest version is a PITA. I hope to get this resolved on my own or will be taking my laptop to work and hope Bill can work his magic tomorrow.

I think it is just with the 64 bit windows 7 that has the problem.

Do you have the latest updated version of Phoenix installed? Version 1.07.0454

Have you already gotten your chip purchased? If not mine is now for sale, I have had it with this FU chip and burner problems. I never had any problems with the TS Performance chip that I had before this. I will sell my whole setup, FU chip, Burner and all instructions for $400. I just want rid of it. Very dis pleased with the program.

I was having the same problems. I got in touch with Bill and he did a remote desktop(?) on my laptop. Works great. Now I just have to burn my chip and get it installed And he did this on Good Friday after the shop was supposed to be closed. You just have to be persistant and he will get the problem resolved.
