Default New truck want to install FU chip and burner from old truck

I have a 1999 7.3L F250, 4x4, SC with 6 speed manual tranny with the FU chip and burner from PHP- nice setup by the way, I love it.
Now, I bought a 2002 F350 dually, 4x4 CC,7.3L with the 6 speed manual tranny, yesterday.
Can I just pull the chip out of my 1999 and install it in the 2002 before I sell the '99, or do I have to get different programing for the chip?

Good question, i am thinking bill will need to reprogram your software and then you should be good, but its $50 according to the website, i dunno if you have to send the chip in.. hmm.

I have filled out the online form to have the chip/ software changed over to the new truck, and filled out the credit card info for the $50 charge.
Just hoping that he can get to it and do whatever he needs to do. It is amazing the difference between stock and what the truck runs like with the chip installed. At least my 99 runs like a striped as* ape with the chip in and only on Daily Driver 80hp tune.

Help1

Well as usual, I can't get ahold of anyone, and this burner and chip still aren't working. The hours that they hold for phone help is while everyone is at work and can't call or don't have their computer with them, imagine that.

I am getting a communication time out error now. I did what Bill told me in an email and still not working.

I am ready to sell this burner and FU chip, and go to TW tunes or TS performance chip. This is getting pretty bad.
Anyone have any ideas? Or does someone want to buy the setup from me?

What exactly is not working and how much do you want for said not working item?

$400 and they tell me that it can be fixed. That it won't cost anything to fix.
