Default Activation code? Please can I have it

This starting to get ridiculous. I order the FU chip on June 2, received on the 21. I assumed the activation code would be with the chip. Sent an email yesterday as soon as got the chip requesting the code. Call today and asked for the code to be emailed to me. Post a message first thing this morning on the message board. Sent another email today requesting it.

Can some please send me my activation code?

Ok.....

The reason for the delay in shipping is the same reason EVERYONE with an FU or FU2 order has had to endure; backorders from TS Performance on the burners.

Secondly, the FU tunes are not activated for the customers until the package actually ships out. Even then, they are not available until each individual customer's file is built. Bill has your order on his desk right now along with all of the CS/CTS custom calibrations that have to be put on Fusion (CS/CTS programmer update software).

Sorry, but with all of the things that Bill has going on and all of the things that he alone has to take care of during the day (and into the early hours of the morning most times), it's amazing that anything gets done at all. As for "anybody" sending you an activation code, that is something only Bill can do for you.

Hopefully, Bill will have the current FU/FU2 customers taken care of by late morning and then you will be happy.

I apologize; I misunderstood your earlier post “The registration for PhoenixFlash should have been emailed to you.” I took that to mean that it was already complete and that someone should have already emailed it to me.

Not to sound like a like a jerk, but why wouldn’t you tell your customers this information up front. Here I am thinking that I would be ready to go the day I received the package, I would have never even emailed or posted anything, had I been told you will receive the chio and burner 1 to 3 weeks after placing the order and then 3 to ??? days later you will receive the activation code.

I knew there was an issue with the burners, I understood that and I wasn't upset about that delay. I was just bothered that the process with the activation code wasn't explained.

I was under the impression that it was already done. Bill is my boss and I don't keep tabs on what he is doing so I apologize for giving you false hope.

I didn't mean to come across in a condescending manner (hard to decipher a "mood" with simple text).

I see that the orders on Bill's desk have moved from where they were last night when I left the office, yours happens to be in that pile. Whether they are finished or not.....I will have to find out when Bill gets here.

Thank you for your quick responses.

I’m always afraid when using email/message boards about how I come across. I’m not trying to be difficult. I just thought I was forgotten about, but in actuality I didn't understand the process.

I am all too familiar with what it is like to be pulled in a 100 different directions at once, while also trying to meet deadlines and expectations.
