Groovy New Feature for the F.U.!
We are currently working on an optional feature for the F.U. (as well as the Phoenix!) which will make it possible for customers to retrieve and install their chips without having to remove the PCM each time.
 We have a couple of companies bidding on the project right now, so I don't have an exact price yet -- we estimate it'll be between $50 and $75. As soon as we know the particulars, we'll post it!

Slight delay in software release date
The best laid plans of mice and men...
Bill had to make two unexpected trips out of town this month -- one to help his mom  and one to work on some 6.4L stuff; while he's down in FL, he's live tuning a few trucks and visiting some of our dealers.What this translates to is that there will be a slight delay in the software completion. At this point, we're expecting to have it finished in about a week or so.  We've already taken orders for the F.U. package, and what some customers have opted to do is order a 6-position chip now so that they have something to play with while they wait for Bill to finish the client server. We sent their burners with the chip so that they'll be all ready to go as soon as Bill is done!

What ever happened with this?
I was just wondering what ever happened with this I just got my FU chip. I am a little confused anyway why could you not just cut the plastic out where the chip goes in and just pull the chip out each time to reprogram it? Maybe I am missing something some where.
