View Full Version : For Anyone Wondering "Where are My Tunes?"

Corey Cohron RIP

On Monday, we didn't go to bed until 6AM and had to get up at 10AM because we had a customer stopping by. Bill took at nap from 2PM to 6PM and didn't stop working until about 5PM on Tuesday. He is actually sleeping under his desk right now for fear of falling asleep too deeply if he was in bed. He plans to get up in a couple of hours. That's dedication.

If you're wondering "Where are My Tunes?" please know that the wait is NOT due to either of us slacking off. ;)

:disbelief: Wow, reminds me of sleeping on feed sacks at my job in high school. But that was because we were tired and sick of breaking our backs while our managers ran personal errands without clocking out.:censored1:

Its a shame nobody on here is as qualified and able to help out. :(

Hereditary?

"Learned"

Monkey see
Monkey do
Monkey does the same as you

Now replace monkey with kids.
It's just cuter to say it with monkeys.
Kids learn alot from their surroundings.

Like a creeper. I love my memory foam mattress but a creeper and a vehicle to roll under will put me to sleep in no time.

:skeptic: Until recently, Billy did NOT sleep on the floor. A nap on the couch maybe but not on the floor under his desk. :hehe: When Liam was little and got tired, he'd just plop down wherever he was at the moment. We even have a picture his preschool teacher took of him lying in the rocks underneath playground equipment! He actually gets that from me. I think I could sleep standing up if I had to. I'm not too picky.

LOL. You're a sick man!

Sound to me you're just like a cat

Damn neighbor's cats are always trying to sleep under my truck or in the engine compartment. Have to do a vehicle bomb search before I start up in the morning.

Scout crawled up on the table and was out. When Braden was little he fell asleep while riding with me on a jet ski.

I fell asleep on the back of my friend's motorcycle once. August 1999, we had ridden up together one morning to look for housing during the upcoming college classes we had. We rode around Helena all day long scouring the town for houses to rent. If anyone's ever been an ACTIVE passenger on a sportbike, you know it takes a lot out of you.

Well, we finally found one and we were both exhausted. We left late that evening to come home. Mind you, this is a 430 mile round trip. Well........

I remember getting on the bike and the first 30 or so miles. I then remember waking up for fuel an hour later in Bozeman. I don't even remember him dropping me off at my house when we finally did get home.

Cody,
My stepson has done that to me 3 times this last summer on my bike. Scares the crap out of me every time he has done it. I could start to feel the bike lean in the same direction of his slump as he was sleeping.
Finally I came up with an idea of using a 2" wide velcro strap around him to help hold him to the sissy bar and to keep him upright and it does work. Found that out the third time.

I guess when your tired you are tired and any place will do.

Okay, now THAT's some funny stuff. I'm glad I was sans beverage at the moment or I'd have been wiping up Coke from my desk and monitors.
