Ok, this might be pretty boring, but here goes............

DPFE sensor's, Coil Pack's for the gassers.

Cam sensors, fuel bowl heater, UVCH, for the 7.3's.

Head Gaskets, IPR sensor, power steering cooler lines, EGR cooler and Valve, and sticking turbo vanes for the 6.0's.

But I am pretty bias, and did not think to long about this either.:smiley_roll1:

I am doing glow plugs, UVCH, gasket, oil change, tranny fluid change, install a cooler, hpop o-rings. I will probably take out the IPR and clean it also. The guys is driving about 60 miles for me to do it. I am gonna need to get a shop soon.

Chuck?
I think we are supposed to be mentioning problems Fords are notorious for.

1997-2003 5.4 spark plugs>>not enough threads in head or plug. The plug can pop out taking the threads with it.
2004-2007.5 5.4 spark plugs>>the end of this style spark plg gets stuck in head when removing plugs.
4r70e-4r75e transmissions aren't as bullet proof as once thought.
Lifetime fluids>>haha tell me another one!!

The 3.8 in general was bad about head gaskets.

Early to mid 80's 1.9L 4 cylinder's »timing belt broke, you were looking to repair/replace the head and/or pistons.

^^^
Ford did fix it in 86-87 by machining in reliefs on the pistons for the valves on the 1.9L. But then that genious engineer must have gotten fired or retired.
Haha
