what could this possibly be????

I have an 07 f150 with a vortech supercharger. i use to have a diablo that was tuned for it but sold it to get a gryphon... now that i am waiting for the gryphon i have it set back to stock tune. it ran fine for about a month or two now but it would throw rich codes witch i was ok with because i would rather have it run rich than lean anyday... but any ways this vehicle ran flawless for the past 20,000 miles ive had this supercharger on it. the vehicle has 60,000 on it now and since it has been running rich now without the programmer it fouled plugs it seemed like cause i was getting a misfire on cylinder 1 and 3. a few days later i floored it to see if i could clear up the plugs a little but all i got was super harsh popping and misfiring with poor acceleration. so i have now changed the plugs and fired it up, tested it and im still getting the same thing. i have now cleaned the throttle body and MAF sensor and nothing has changed. i also moved the cylinder 1 and 3 coils to other location to see if it was the coils. i still get the same rough popping and missing and it still throws codes for misfire on cylinder 1 and 3...i have put less than 1000 miles on it since its been without a tune and now this starts happening... and i cant seem to pin point what the problem is.

any ideas???

and yes i know im dumb for even driving it without a tune but there have been a few days that i had too for work... and it ran nearly the same as when it was tuned for so long im clueless as two why this is doing this now.

any help would be appreciated greatly, im kinda stuck without the new tune untill php sends me it and from the sounds of things im gonna be without my vehicle for a while

Did you check and see if Bill was even willing to write a tune for a supercharged vehicle? He's been really steadfast about not doing ANY remote tuning on a supercharged truck since it is really like playing with fire. It's something that's much safer to do (and less likely break) while sitting on a dyno while he tunes it.

How close are you to Winder, GA?

Cleatus: i called them for weeks with no luck of them answering and i sent bill an email months ago with no response so i figured screw it, maybe just ordering will help this this process moving.

also longshot: i am located in michigan so im not anywhere near close to GA... definitely wish i was though!

I recommend you try getting a temporary device and beg for your old tune until you get in touch with PHP.
