Hydra Software will not let me activate
 

I am trying to activate my software so I can download my custom tunes and it is telling me the software has already been registered.

Somehow I apparently deactivated my activation code and need another one. If someone would let me know what I need to do to get one. Thanks

If nobody responds, try calling or emailing them.

Hopefully somebody will. If I don't get it running by Monday midday, I'm going to have to rent a car for the week which will not make me very happy

I did the same thing:matt-roloff:, so my excursion sits anxiously awaiting its tunes, I have emailed requesting a new code but have not heard back yet, I also have a bad ribbon cable and need a new one of those, one of the cable ends was not crimped correctly.

If I hadn't put in new injectors it wouldn't be a big deal. Unfortunately I need the hydra to run the new single shot injectors

Ironically I also put in single shots and need the tunes to make my EX run correctly. Could be an EX jinx:shrug: I figured I would be best to put the single shots in for pwr and economy but now I am thinking not such a good idea. Hopefully once it is setup and running properly it will turn out to have been a good choice.
