Having difficulty Contacting PHP...

I've been trying to get a hold of PHP for over a week now.. Calling multiple times during the day just to receive a message stating that the are closed.. I need new tunes. ARG.. This so frustrating..

Are you calling during phone hours?

"PHONE HOURS ARE 9:00AM-3:00PM TUESDAY - FRIDAY
WE ARE CLOSED 12:00-12:30 FOR LUNCH

And, they are on Eastern Daylight time. Please take that into account when you call.

You DO realize that you have to fill out an order form for "new tunes", right? There's nothing that anyone can do for you over the phone anyway.

If you've changed your mods, you need to fill out an order form for new CS/CTS tunes to be delivered via Fusion.
