ATTN COREY, BILL or ANYONE WITH PHP

Can someone please let me know where I stand with my custom tunes. I ordered my Gryphon back in September when you guys were at Disney. I was sent a programmer that had a bad pixel driver. A replacement was sent out to me as you guys left for SEMA. I sent back the damaged unit and spoke with Bill to confirm that it had arrived. He informed me at that time (2 1/2 weeks ago) that I would receive me custom tunes the end of that week or early the next. I have yet to receive anything and can not get anyone to answer your phones. I understand Corey is or was sick but can someone please give me an update on when I can expect my tunes to actually arrive.

Thanks.

Same here, I hope they can come through before christmas....... cant wait for my custom tune too, it's been a month for me and still counting... it'll get there and it's worth the wait they say.

Let's not start a "Where's my tune" thread or I'll delete it!
The original OP has a point and only Bill or Corey can answer it?

Just an FYI but according to their calendar:

They are closed most of this week for thanksgiving. They were either going to see family or had family coming in if I remember correctly. And with Corey being sick the better part of this month it may be next week before an answer can get posted.

No worries, just commenting that he isn't the only one eager for their tunes, and that it'll be worth the wait. even though the wait will seem super long. :drool2:

I remember your original post about the "line" through the screen.

Have you downloaded Pegasus and connected your Gryphon to the PC to see if, by chance your tune HAS been written?. You'd choose Updates->Targeted Functions to do this. If there's a tune waiting for you, that's how you find it.

There HAVE been people in the past who never received the notification that their tunes were ready. It's worth a try. (Make sure you've returned your unit to stock before you take it out of the truck).

OK, It appears that there are no updates for me. I do see that Bill responded to the two post above mine. Any reason why we can not get communication from PHP???

This is the message that I am getting:

Internet error encountered

This page can not be displayed

click OK and this:

Unable to locate a valid Target Instruction File
This often occurs during server maintenance or when files on server are being updated
This may also be caused by a firewall issue or other internet related probelms
please contact power hungry performance for further assistance

click OK and this:

Unable to locate a Target Instruction file. Process failed

Update failed. Please contact your vendor for assistance.

Now obviously the problem is contacting PHP is next to impossible.

All username and device information was lost when the server crashed. Could you please reenter the information so I know where to look?

Thanks.
