Shipped in an Evo - Question
I spoke to you guys 3 or 4 days before christmas about sending in an edge evo and swapping it out for a gryphon. I sent it in that day next day air. I lost the tracking number and I checked my credit card and haven't been charged for anything. I was told it was like a 1-2 day turnaround. I was just checking to make sure it got there, I didn't want it floating around, I've tried calling and sent a couple emails - thanks. Ben Owens

We have your Evo! We're actually trying to get it finished and shipped back out to you today. I'm sorry about not answering e-mails. We closed the office this week to work on some projects (Bill's custom tuning, and I'm working on the website!), and I haven't checked e-mails very often. :o |
AWESOME I can't wait. I'm sorry I didn't know you guys were closed, but I thought that you guys might need a brake, I don't blame you!! If you can, I will pay to get it here as quick as I can I'm leaving do go out of town on Friday and would really like to have it by then - thanks, Ben.

I just saw your e-mail, so it would have been too late to upgrade the shipping, but UPS didn't pick up today! (They did the same thing to us on Christmas Eve, and by the time we saw that they hadn't picked up our packages, it was too late to drop them off at a UPS Store. :mad2:) Anyway, it's shipping on Friday. Is UPS Ground okay? |
