The downloads are on this page. http://dygytalworld.ehost-services13...p/Support.html Pegasus is the first - the one labeled V2.01.0575. That's what you download and install. The Installation and Users manual is next - download and read it, especially if you are using Vista. If you are using 64-bit Vista, you also want the 4th download on that page, the USB driver installer.

ok..kool...do you think i should have to update it when i get it? or just install pegasus?

Just install pegasus on your computer. The gryphon already has the latest firmware updates from PHP when it is shipped to you.
You will only need pegasus to do any future updates and to initially install your custom tunes.
When your custom tunes are ready PHP wil send you a pm on this forum.

what canned tunes does it come with, if ya know? you think it will come with STOCK-87 performance?

No - it comes with:

1. Level 1 - transmission only (which improves the way your transmission shifts, especially under high demand, such as passing).

2. Level 2 - 87 octane tow - designed to give you more power in low speed situations, such as moving away from a standing stop. This is really a good all-purpose tune though.

3. Level 3 - 91+ octane performance - should give you a great driving experience all over, but you have to use the high octane gas.

The ONLY "canned" tune I ever used was Level 2. I thought it was a "night and day" experience vs the stock tune. And, Bill's custom tunes are even better, but the difference is not as pronounced. (Remember, he wrote the canned tunes too). Custom tunes are more of a "refinement" to those.
