Are there any upgrade credit options, for example phoenix --> hydra? I totally understand if there aren't just wondering.

Since we can't really do anything with your original chip, we won't be doing a trade-in; however, we are currently discussing giving our current chip customers a discount on the Hydra (and encouraging them to resell their other chip to help offset the cost :)). We should have that all worked out by Thursday, and we'll update the website, the PHP forum, and our FB page with that info.
