Orion Purchase Options
 

I recently purchased an 2003 International 4300 with a 230 HP dt466e.

I'm interested in purchasing an Orion for diagnostic purposes while I get the truck sorted but haven't been able to get ahold of anyone via the phone number or email listed on the site.

What is the proper channel for an inquiry like this?

I apologize for any inconvenience or delay in communication. We had a couple people out of the office at various times yesterday, so there was some backup on phone calls. Not sure about e-mails, but sometimes those don't get through due to increasingly strict SPAM filters.

Just so there's no confusion, the Orion system is strictly used for reflashing and parameter modifications. It doesn't currently offer or support any type of diagnostics (PIDs, DTCs, Datalogging, etc.), so if that's what you're looking for then we might be able to offer alternative suggestions for hardware and software.

Most people use Nexiq for diagnostics and datalogging. It's not super expensive and works really well. We use it in house and it works very well on our bus.

Just as a head's up. I'm still looking into an option for you. I'm pretty sure I can swing something, so just hang tight. It might take a week or so, but it's looking good.
