HEX Code Post

What does it mean when my post to the HEX Code forum was moved to CLOSED? Does this mean my tunes are now being worked on? or finished?

I've emailed 5 times about my status of tunes since the beginning of April but haven't gotten any responses. I noticed the "CLOSED" thing today for the first time.

It just means that your serial number and HEX code has been forwarded to Bill or Cody so that they can write your tunes. It's really for me to be able to keep track of that information. Lead time is based solely on current workload, so it doesn't necessarily mean that tunes will be done within a certain time frame. When your tunes are finished, Bill or Cody will e-mail you with instructions for downloading them.
