PHP ROCKS
 

You moderators may wish to move this. I couldn't find an appropriate place.
I had done my research before desciding on PHP and was told that's the place to go.
I did. I had gotten my hex code before ordering and filled out my order for for a new CS and 3 custom tunes at the same time. I waited about 9 days for a reply(getting antsy). I got a call frm Cory saying my order had gotten buried under paperwork.
She was totally apologetic and was sending me the first one of a new shipment or did I want to wait for tunes. Drooling I said no and got my CS in 2 days. She and I talked for a few minutes and she advised that my tunes might take two months, maybe longer. They have to solve current cust. problems as they arise. TODAY Bill sent me an email my tunes were ready 3 1/2 weeks after talking to Cory. I got home, followed his directions and down loaded. It is pouring rain here and leaves are all over the roads like ice. I can't get out and run with it yet, but, the difference it made in just the sound of my truck was amazing. PEOPLE YOU GOTTA HAVE PATIENCE! These people will take care of you. Just give them time!

Thanks for the awesome post, Tonto! I'm glad we could make you smile. We're trying hard to get our lead time on tunes down, and it looks like it's working (thank you, Cody!).
