Waiting for Custom Tune

Hello,

I have not been able to reach anyone on the phone. But I placed an order for a custom tune over two months ago and received my confirmation about a month ago. Per my invoice, my tune was to be ready mid-September. I have not received any info since.

Could you please provide an update. I can provide the HEX number if needed.

Thank you,

Brian Cole

Have you given them your HEX code in any way, shape or form?

If not, the timeline doesn't start until you do. They need your HEX code to write the tune.

Brian, it looks to me like you ordered your custom tunes BEFORE the "new" internet ordering procedure? If that is the case, PHP probably does NOT have your hex/calibration code and you will need to provide it to them.

So, please start a thread in this forum: http://forum.gopowerhungry.com/give-...-ecm-tcm-code/. Please use your name as the thread title and in your post include the hex/calibration code and the other information needed (which is shown in red at the top of the forum).

Also, as a backup, please complete the rest of the information in your User Profile. This will help PHP clarify any discrepancies.

As Longshot said, your tunes cannot be written without this information.

And, if you have a CS/CTS programmer, try to make it a habit to put your truck to stock and then connect it to Fusion on your PC maybe every week or so, so that an Edge firmware update won't wipe out your tunes once they are put on the server. Once you get your tunes, don't connect it to Fusion again until PHP says it is safe to do so.

I ordered via he web/internet order form and provided programmer serial number, Hex code, VIN, etc.

I did not post in the area you stated as this was posted:

If you have ordered custom tunes to be delivered via the internet, YOU DO NOT NEED to post here! You have already provided this information on your order form, and your post will simply muddy up this section of the forum.

Ok, yes, please don't post there. IIRC, you bought a programmer from another member?

First, check your trash and spam folders in case your email program sent them there.

If nothing, send an email to Angela.

What is Angela's email?

Thanks

Sorry if I confused you Brian. Follow Longshot's advice, and I see you've completed the info in your User Profile too, that helps.
