Im confused

Well i thought my 05 FX4 was prewired for the rail dvd player since I found a plug in the hole above the headliner, and one behind the radio. But then I seen these instructions on brandmotion, and now I think it might be prewired for the bluetooth. Am I missing something here?

i'm confused

i have an 08 lariat,with sat. radio.i installed the brandmotion,its plug and play.
