dpf delete and custom tune

I have a 2008 f250 6.4, I bought a cts from php last year and was told I could order a dpf delete kit and also get my cts change. I have tried calling serveral times and when I do get through the lady says I can order online. I can't seem to find anything from the site? can someone please help

The only order I have from you, Mitch, is from 10/2010 for custom calibrations. When did you purchase a CTS from us?
