Problem with chip

I've got a 1995 f-250 7.3 e40d and just had my chip installed, the truck runs perfectly but with the chip installed will not move in drive only if manually put in 1st or 2nd gear via the column shifter. With the chip unplugged from the PCM the truck will move in drive with no problems. Im not sure what the issue is, any help would be greatly appreciated.

What calibration files did you put on the chip?

You SHOULD have VCAB0_02 programmed to the Hydra. My suspicion is that VDAB0_02 was used for a manual transmission.

I bought the chip from complete performance and had them flash the chip with tunes for me. Could they have put the wrong tunes on?
