We really are sorry for the delay. It's been a struggle to keep up with the demand for rollbacks as we are getting more orders in than we have units for. This continually pushes our lead times further back. We have added another 4 units to help try to pick up some slack and hopefully start reducing the lead times.
And don't worry... no offense taken. I understand how difficult it is to be patient sometimes.
