There are quite a few people that have stock trucks, or almost stock trucks (only the Gott's mod), and they all have reported better performance with the custom. the main difference in a custom tune is that Bill changes it to fit your driving style, and your area where you drive it the most... so my tunes are written to my more aggressive style at 7,000ish feet above sea level.
