I'm happy to bear with you - look at all the stupid things I ask!

You DON'T have to make any changes, but you probably should reload the Level 2 tune, select "Load Previous Settings" to get any custom values you had before and THEN, go to the Timing entry and add 1 degree to your timing, to get as much value out of the higher priced gas as you can. If you notice any "ping", just back the timing down to zero again.
