Cold Start report...

Spend the Thanksgiving holiday at the family cabin in Montana. So I had a chance to see how the rev-x performed for cold starts on the 05 Ex. The Ex has a non-heat inductive flash in it, its a stock 03 program as I requested from Bill. Before on a mildly cold day 35-40F, the Ex would struggle, pop off and die when started at these temps. I believe I have at least one weak injector, that will be replaced here in a while. I waited to replace it so I could see how the rev-x helps a truck with weak injectors...like most of us probably have. Well I decided to use a day that hit 0F. We had few days that hovered around -15F but I do not like starting them un-aided(no block heater) at those temps especially with 15w40 in her. IMHO its not good for the engine. So at 0F she fired right up, and had the usual 6.0 cold start clatter. It started and ran without dying...so I'm very pleased with the results. The product seems to do as the claim.

my $.02
