Call me crazy, but after working with that map quite a bit, I'm not exactly sure about the "regulator flow" part of it either (as in not-as-labeled), but I'm not cool enough to know exactly how it relates....I think it's more EOT-based than anything (oil viscosity).

For example, in my "get 'er done"-style tunes for my truck, I go ape-shtuff crazy with the DC% in the left upper corner because it makes the ICP rocket up (like RIGHT NOW) and spike nicely to 3000 PSI right off the get-go when the EOT is nice and warm. However, if I get too carried away with the DC% as it moves right (and down), the ICP will spike to 3800-4000 PSI when cold. If I leave it stock toward that corner of the map, it won't do that, but ICP still comes up nice and quick.
