I would definitely get a regear with the 4.56 gears since it has been working out for most vehicles. I'm not sure what your truck came with (I dont think they changed anything though) but look around and find a ratio that will bring it to a little bit (and I mean a little bit) higher than stock. All the regear does is bring the final ratio back to what it should be so it doesn't matter what your transmission is. When you regear the driveshaft and everything ahead of it should be turning at nearly the same speed as it was before the bigger tires.
