Will, that seems like an "extreme" measure. I think Bill's been VERY busy and "distracted" lately, judging from what I'm reading here. I'm sure he can fix your Gryphon without you sending it in, but I suspect he might have to take remote control of your PC and do it "in person" - all which takes more time.
