Default FICM Programmer on 2003 6.0 Excursion

Received my programmer and loaded the Atlas 40. Seems to work very well with MAX Boost of 21 PSI (not towing).
Next is to see how mileage is affected. Anyone know if the overhead MPG display is still accurate after a Atlas 40 FICM program is loaded? I was getting 17 mixed with 19-20 Hwy before the upgrade.
Program loaded was PRZ2AH10. I do have a P1000 code that says it needs more running time to complete.

Tried to figure out how to read the ECM/PCM program but could not see how to do it. How does one retrieve the program revision (ECM) so I can order a custom tune to handle a 'stuck closed' EGR valve.
Thanks in advance,
JN
