Please do what 88Racing said. You need to start a thread, and
the title needs to be your name! In that thread, you tell PHP your hex/calibration code and the programmer's Serial Number (S/N). As 88 said, this is where you start that thread:

They'll see it as a new post and Bill will be able to write your tunes.
