I think it's just that nobody is seeing it here. Have you tried FTE or F150Online? You may have better luck over there.

You may also want to let people know that we can convert the unit to a different platform as well. With the hardware and cable you have, we can switch it to a 6.0L or 6.4L programmer very easily.
