The way to get your hex code depends on the kind of programmer you have. If it's the older monochrome Gryphon: MENU ►DIAGNOSTICS►TECH SUPPORT►VERSION INFO►ENTER
Look for a 7-character value that ends in ".hex" If it's the CS or CTS: MENU►HELP►VEHICLE INFO
Here, it's called the "calibration code", and it doesn't have the ".hex" suffix. - Jack
