As of December 7, 2009, our new phone hours will be:
12PM - 9PM Tuesday and Thursday and 12PM - 4PM Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We will, of course, still be in the office until the wee hours of the evening

The bulk of our day is spent on the phone, which does not allow time for answering e-mails, PMs, and posts. Our intent is to free up a few extra hours each week to allow us more time to be on the PHP forum.
We want to be available for new customers to call and ask questions, but we also want to acknowledge that our current customers need our support, too. We are hopeful that the new phone hours will provide the balance that seems to be currently missing and that the benefits will outweigh any inconvenience.
