Before sending in the unit for upgrade, let the dealer do what they need to and when they are done make sure you reconnect the unit and at least read the HEX code. Otherwise, it's possible that we will build any custom files using the old calibration and they may end up being incorrect.
For best results, do a full programming session and then return to stock. This way, the PCM data will be stored in the unit and we can extract it when we receive it.
