If you purchased a Gryphon, Gryphon CS, or Gryphon CTS with custom calibrations, we will need your PCM's HEX code.
PLEASE DO NOT CALL US WITH YOUR HEX CODE OR E-MAIL YOUR HEX CODE TO US!
If you have a Gryphon, you can get the HEX code by going to MENU> DIAGNOSTICS> TECH SUPPORT> VEHICLE INFO
If you have a Gryphon CS or CTS, you can get the HEX code by going to HELP>VEHICLE INFO
To prevent HEX codes getting lost in cyber space, we have provided a spot on the PHP forum where customers can post their HEX codes -- only moderators and administrators can see these posts. When your custom tunes are ready to be downloaded, we will post in the same thread to let you know that your files are available.
