Default Yet another satisfied customer!

So here I was several weekends ago on Friday evening. Got home from my week away from home at an internship and found a box delivered from the UPS over the week. I'd been checking the UPS tracking so I knew what it was. Opened it up, ahh yes.. Did some reading before just trying to figure things out myself (for once). Starting installing the software, registration by contacting PHP required. So, I checked the PHP website, looked at the clock.. shoot, just missed the closing time. Thought I was going to have to wait until Monday to get the software going, but tried an e-mail hoping I'd get a response over the weekend. I go about my things only to get a phone call several minutes later. My phone shows a number with 'Georgia' displayed. Now who'd be calling from there? I pick up the phone and its Bill. Talk for a while and get my code for registration. The following morning I get some tunes burned for my brother's 02 7.3 auto. I did take some time to change the tunes for oversize tires, otherwise they were just as Bill sent them. Get the chip installed. Needless to say, completely blew away my brother. He had been running without a chip, but before that had been using an Edge Evolution. Made several believers of PHP tunes that day, my brother and dad. I had been a believer just from reading things on these forums from others. Sorry for the long post, but I thought it would make a good story.
