We will be signing the lease later this week. It's nothing too exciting at this point since it's not a storefront -- just a huge warehouse with a 12' X 12' bay door, two external doors, and a bathroom. What more could we want?
We're planning on building an office, installing the dyno, and installing a lift. When that's all done, we'll take pictures and post 'em up.
