There is a difference with the commercial intake and the gotts mod. With the aftermarket intakes, the pipe diameter increases around the MAF sensor letting more air to get in than the computer knows to compensate for, causing the lean conditions. If you still have the MAF sensor in the stock surroundings then you will be fine.
