New Order Issue

Hi,

I ordered last week a custom tune for my gryphon CS on the main page, but never received a confirmation email, just wonder what happened to the order?
I never received a confirmation last time neither and also no answers when emailed, it lead to issues when receiving my custom tunes,
I also would like to receive an email when the tune is done,

The reference number was: 6529354

just recieved the invoice, i will go and update my cs now to avoid the mix up,

I know im not supposed to ask for updates on orders here but the phones always busy and dont know where else to ask, its been a little over 2 months now, Is there anyway to know when the tune will be done?
