Default p061b code :(

Hey all, i was driving back here to Colorado and I got a check engine light. I used the SCT tuner that I got from bill and it showed that code. I did check somewhere else and they said to clean the Throttle Body, so I guess that can't hurt and I can get it done tomorrow, anyone know of anything else that could be wrong?
Also the symptoms it showed before and after the light was first I noticed that the engine kinda hiccuped, it almost felt like I pushed the clutch in really quick then dropped it, and after the light the engine had very little power, it only would rev up to about 4k. And if it helps it was really bad snowy weather, the Traction Control System works really well though, so we made it just fine... just on less power than normal .
Any help would be appreciated. thanks!

I forgot to say that this was in the mustang in my profile. I checked the code again this morning and it was the same one. The car is running fine now, and we got home without any issues last night, so I am going to see if the code pops up again.

I'm guessing you cleaned the throttle body and cleared it? Maybe go through and make sure everything else is clean.

I don't think you could get me to drive a mustang in winter weather. Last year we had an inch of ice and I watched this one mustang get trapped at a gas station because he couldn't get up onto the road. I later saw it abandoned on the side of the road because he figured out he could get traction in the grass. My all-terrains didn't have any trouble though.

I was actually surprised at how well the car did in the snow.
I haven't cleaned anything yet, I am about to take the TB out right now and clean it. It was really weird with the code, i saw the wrench symbol light up and the car acted funny like I described before, I restarted the car (in front of a walmart) and the light went away. After a few more miles the wrench went on again along with the engine shaped light, also it acted up a little bit, but after a few more miles it drove back to normal and the wrench went away, but the engine light was still on. I drove it this morning and the light was still on, so at lunch I cleared the code with the SCT and I drove to work and back and no code yet.
Like I said I am about to clean it so I will get back to you on what I found...
