The Conversation Pit This is where EVERYTHING else goes. No subject is too mundane. How's the weather in your area? Did your kid cut his first tooth? Really, what do you think about the President? And don't get me started on Cummins and Duramaxes. Have at it!

Default Customer Service

For anyone who has a problem with our customer service (and it's really few and far between), I want to tell you about something that happened last night that just demonstrates how loyal we are to our customers and to ensuring that they are taken care of properly.

Last night, Bill was on the phone with a customer at about 10:30PM doing an ECM rollback. Yes, that's right. Our day doesn't end when the phones do at 3:00PM; nor does it end at 5 or 6:00PM like most other people!

Anyway, Jack (JackandJanet) called Billy while he was on the phone with the customer. Bill called him back as soon as he finished his first phone call and found out that someone had posted in the Emergency section and had a disabled vehicle.

At 11:30PM, Bill called the customer with the disabled vehicle and had him up and running by 12:30AM. I don't know any other company who would be on the phone with a customer past business hours -- let along at midnight!

For anyone who thinks that we (including the moderators!) don't do our best for our customers, I hope you read this and feel differently.

I've read a number of these stories over the last two years (mainly from very satisfied/delighted customers) on this forum and a few others.

This level of service is exactly why I purchased from PHP.

For anyone considering PHP, IMHO you can't go wrong.

Thanks, Corey, for letting us know that this turned out so well. The member was pretty stressed out, I could tell, so I'm glad the "heroic" efforts worked.

I can remember a few years back when Bill gave me a call (almost 2AM his time) to talk with me about my truck. I had just tossed a rod and he offered to take a look at my programming and see what could have caused it. Well about half hour later he email me back with some very detailed analysis data on the programs that I was running, and have run in the past. He did all of this without me even asking!

Hows that for service.
